A Creed to Read and Live By - Syndication Express

This blog post was published  by Judy Garcia on the Syndication Express Network

Pain is part of growing. Sometimes life closes doors because it’s
time to move forward.  And that’s a good thing because we often won’t
move unless circumstances force us too.  Just because you’re struggling
doesn’t mean you’re failing.  Every great success requires some type of
worthy struggle to get there.  Good things take time.  Stay patient and
stay positive.  Everything is going to come together; maybe not
immediately, but eventually.

Remember that there are two kinds of pain: pain that hurts and pain
that changes you.  When you roll with life, instead of resisting it,
both kinds help you grow.

Everything in life is temporary. Every time it rains, it stops
raining.  Every time you get hurt, you heal.  After darkness there is
always light – you are reminded of this every morning, but still you
often forget, and instead choose to believe that the night will last
forever.  It won’t.  Nothing lasts forever.

So if things are good right now, enjoy it.  It won’t last forever.
If things are bad, don’t worry because it won’t last forever either.
You get a second chance, every second.  You just have to take it and
make the best of it.

Short Term Vs. Long Term Goals - Syndication Express

Written by Merle Gibbins

When people think of goal setting, they often think of long term
goals such as making $1 million dollars or buying their dream home.
Long terms goals are very important, but so are short term goals.  Short
term goals can help you stay motivated as you are working towards those
long term goals.  They are the little pats on the back along the way.

They can be especially gratifying in network marketing.  A short term
goal allows you to see that you are making progress in the bigger goal
of having a successful business.  A short term goal should be something
that you can accomplish in about three months and something that you
would not normally be able to do if it weren’t for your business.

Here are some examples of short term goals:

4 Tips On The Basics of Good Content Structure - Syndication Express

Written by Merle Gibbins

The Basics of Good Content Structure

Having good content structure is crucial to writing content that
people can easily consume and understand. Having a good structure also
makes the writing process easier for you. Here are the main elements to
well-structured content.

==> The Introduction

The first sentence of any article needs to be carefully crafted to
catch attention. People should instantly be able to grasp what the gist
of the article is just by reading the first sentence.

Likewise, the first paragraph should elaborate on the first sentence
and get people interested in reading the rest of the content.

Friendship - What Are Your Intentions? - Syndication Express

Posted by Kathleen Ayers

I want to share with you a post from my FaceBook status.  What was
written was so profound and thought-provoking that I couldn't help but
to follow the instructions at the end of the post.  I hope you will do
the same!

"For all my friends, whether close or casual or just because. One of the
longest post I will ever do, and the most real too. Everyone will go
through some hard times at some point. Life isn't easy. Just something
to think about..did you know the people that are the strongest are
usually, the most sensitive? Did you know the people who exhibit the
most kindness are the first to get mistreated? Did you know the ones who
take care of others all the time are usually, the ones who need it the
most? Did you know the three hardest things to say are I love you, I'm
sorry, and help me?

It is Just a Pyramid Scheme! - Syndication Express

Written by Julie Klein

Although network marketing and MLM’s have
been around a very long time, those of us in the industry still find we
have to defend it at times.  If you are already in the field, how do you
respond to those who believe that all MLM’s are all scams?  I’d like to
share a few basic responses to all the misconceptions.

Some people insist that we have to
join the company early – on “the ground floor.”  This simply is not
true.  So many new companies fail in their first two years (or sooner), I
would never consider one. I believe it is safer to join an established
company with a good reputation.

Misunderstanding in Communications Kills - Syndication Express

Written by Susan Boston

Misunderstanding in communications
has killed more relationships than time and distances. When
misunderstandings are not cleared up in a reasonable amount of time
chances are they will separate people forever.

What must happen is one party must
undergo that first step to contact and reconnect with the other person.
Problem with this is many people will let this drag out way to long with
each moment that passes into hours, days, weeks and so on until the
rift just gets bigger.

How Do You Stay Motivated Working From Home?

Written by Aurelius Tjin

Your Work Environment

Working from home and on your own business can get lonely.
If you’re currently in the workforce, it’ll feel like a massive transition from being surrounded by work colleagues to the sound of silence.

People ask me “How do you stay motivated working from home?”

Personally, I have no problems working from home. I guess being an introvert that I am makes working from home a benefit.

To motivate yourself, you need to ask yourself the big “Why?“. What makes you get up every morning?

What is your higher purpose?

The reality is, there’s only so many self-help and motivation books and articles you can read but unless you have a big reason why you’re doing it and then getting the right emotional support, you will end up staring at the wall and procrastinate without any motivation to put things into motion.
A few tips to creating a good work environment:

Article Writing: 10 Reasons Why The Discipline Is Necessary For Any Internet Marketer - Syndication Express

Written by Timothy Eller

The hardest part about writing, is getting one's self to actually start writing. Most writers usually hate to write but love it when they have finished writing. To be able to escape this process, what some writers do is procrastinate.

Having this attitude really does not get anything done. One of the
basic reason why some think this way is because they are afraid to fail.
They also put tremendous pressure upon themselves, thinking that
whatever writing that they should do and produce must be brilliant.

The fact of the matter is that no writer, or person for that matter, is
perfect. Everyone has flaws and having imperfections is the perfect
reason why more writing should be done.

Syndication Express - Massive Exposure for Bloggers and Article Writers

Syndication Express is a community for bloggers and articles writers to get viral exposure, backlinks for SEO purposes and free traffic from the search engines.

Blog and article syndication is my reason for starting Syndication Express. I love blogging and sharing quality and valuable information with people. Personally I write when I am inspired to do so.  This way I know that people who read my blog post will be educated with the facts.

I use my experiences and education plus research which is necessary to publish quality content that will benefit my readers.   I feel strongly about this and it has worked very well for me. I have a huge network of followers on all the social sites. This is my proof that I am doing it right and that I know what I am doing.

Therefore I share my knowledge to help those who need it.

Now I shall tell you why I am writing this post today. My goal for Syndication Express is that it will be a community where ALL bloggers and article writers can come to get online branding, viral exposure, backlinks for SEO and targeted traffic from the search engines. I believe I have accomplished that and looking forward to the site growing even larger.

I recently added a new feature called Syndication Automation. This new feature is very powerful because every member's post is being syndicated on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. When other members in the community use Syndication Automation to share the blog post that are being posted in the community, it will brand their name online and help them to increase their followers on the social sites. It's a win win deal and a no brainer that members use Syndication Automation. This is their decision to use it.

In addition I have created a hashtag for the Twitter search engines where Syndication Express members can login and see the blog post that are being published in the community. They can read, comment and retweet the post on Twitter, which gives it even more exposure and a social signal as well. This is what you need to get free traffic from the search engines. YOU will get indexed and ranked in the search engines. This means free traffic for you. Isn't this what we are looking for?

Of course it is.

I have given my all to Syndication Express and I can will continue to do so. This is my baby and I want it to BIG, and I know it will be when we all work together.

All YOU need to do is click the link below and join free now.

It will always be free and we can all prosper and help one another.

Join Syndication Express.

My Child Has ADHD – Will It Go Away? - Syndication Express

This post is written by Merle Gibbins

Do You Recognise These Symptoms – ADHD

As a parent, you may find yourself desperately hoping that your child, who has been diagnosed with ADHD,
will outgrow this disorder. Unfortunately, there is not a clear answer to the question of whether or not ADHD ever goes away.

However, there is some promising research that suggests ADHD can be managed by medication and/or natural means.

There is even some research to suggest that ADHD does, in fact, “go away” if causal factors can be identified and eliminated.

There are varying opinions regarding the causal factors and treatments of ADHD, and, depending on the approach and results, experts come to different conclusions about ADHD’s permanence.

Pedometers: The Magic Pill for Better Health - Syndication Express

Written by Timothy Eller

The good news is, there is such a pill, and it doesn't require
a  prescription, nor is it available ¡°over the counter.¡±  It's a
simple step  counter, or pedometer, and it has powers you would not
believe to  improve your Health and wellness, Lose Weight, and live longer.

What's a pedometer?  It's a simple electronic device you wear on  your
waistband that counts steps.  Technically, a pedometer  calculates
distance, as opposed to a step counter, which only  counts steps.  The
pedometer still counts steps, and uses a user- input stride length to
calculate the distance.  Other pedometers  show calories burned, elapsed
Exercisetime, steps per minute, and  on and on.  All you really need is
something that accurately counts  steps.  Other features can be nice,
but many are not necessary.

Can Exercise harm you? - Syndication Express

Written by Timothy Eller

Without it, you feel irritable and out of sorts till you Exercise again. So you go on exercising, never stopping to listen to what you body is saying. And what its saying is, "Stop."

The reason Exercise addicts keep pushing themselves probably lies in what happens when they
don't work out. Psychologists at the University of Massachusetts at
Boston studied the psychological consequences of being unable to
exercise. They compared 30 male and female runners who had been laid low
by minor injuries for at least two weeks, with a similar group who
continued to run. Those who could not run displayed more signs of
depression, Anxiety and confusion, and they were far less happy with themselves and their
bodies. Like other addictions, exercise, they say, appears to have
withdrawal symptoms.

Of aches and pains

Over indulgence doesn't harm only the Mind,
but the body as well. Initially, the exercise will do what it's
supposed to, give you a fit body but once you cross the line, it can get
lethal. Muscle damage, osteoarthritis, heart problems they're all waiting to make an appearance.

How To Develop A Daily Strategy For Achieving Success - Syndication Express

Written by Merle Gibbins

There are just 3 components to this simple daily strategy for
success, but the hardest part is committing yourself to actually doing
it. Once you commit yourself, the rest is easy as pie. Every great
achiever implements daily rituals in their lives, so it is up to you to
do the same if you want to succeed.

1. Begin a morning ritual:

Spiritual – This could include meditation, prayer gratitude writing, etc. Some form of connection to your Spirit.

Mental – Reading inspiring books, watching videos, any material that will stimulate your mind positively.

Physical – Yoga, walking in nature, exercise. You want to get your body in motion and work up a sweat.

Your morning ritual is most effective in durations of 30 minutes to
an hour, with an hour being ideal. However, make it suitable for your
needs. Keep in mind this is crucial to your strategy for success.

Tips for Baby Boomers Marketing - Syndication Express

Written by Merle Gibbins

The baby boomer generation are now nearing retirement age or are
already retired so there is going to be an increase in these people
looking to boost their pensions and what better way than to work from
home online !!

Baby boomers are becoming more adept at using the internet than the
previous generation and what’s more those that are retired and have
adult children are sometimes faced with whether they want to move into a
retirement complex with other retirees.  These people are now well
clued up to search for what they want on the internet.

I have a son that works with computers and although he teaches me a
few things there are things that I can now teach him and it is always
nice when he asks me for an answer to something !!

Many of the older generation are looking to join a retirement
community online as they have so much in common, so if you are from the
younger generation how do you appeal to this new internet savvy
audience?  You could start with creating an internet marketing strategy
that builds your digital presence and puts your retirement community in
front of potential customers.

BLT - Blogging, Love & Time

Written by Meredith Elizabeth

According2Meredith: About Meredith

The Blessing of Blogging:

I share what I’ve learned in life. My unique view is of an adopted person who has unofficially adopted two boys through marriage. I’m going through Human Services educational program for a future career as a Social Worker. Blogging allows me to digest my academic lessons as well as the lessons that are revealed to me through life. Due to the “accountability” factor, I hold myself to what I write to maintain my character and integrity.   Blogging gives me the platform to lift people up who are struggling. I can encourage people who perhaps have no other source of hope. I also get to brag about my kids and my husband which in turn increases my positive reflection on my day to day life. I strive to be content with my life on a daily basis.

What’s in it for me?

I am not blogging for income yet. I'm not hiding advertising in my posts. I am networking to learn from the pros. I’m enjoying e-meeting people. It is a blessing to connect with people who can relate to my writing as well as be exposed to people with different views. I am motivated to keep my site traffic steady and my Alexa ratings in the 6K-8K range.

Status so far:

I started to actively promote my blog in April of this year. I’ve made my Alexa standard since taking those measures. I’ve had one guest writer and I guest wrote for a business blog in England. I spend a minimum of 4 hours per day on maintaining my blog and writing posts. I’ll always consider myself a student of this venture. [I look to Terri for some guidance. =)]

True Story - Syndication Express

Written by Meredith Elizabeth

A decade ago, I was in a totally different place. I was in my first
marriage, with a little baby and we were so poor. My husband worked as
an art teacher in a high school and I was trying to find work that would
be worth the child care cost. He was an alcoholic and so you know how
that goes. The whole house was in chaos: finances, our marriage, our
"family life", our health, everything was unsure.

As an adopted person, "unsure" is very scary to me. We lived paycheck
to paycheck. I wasn't sure if my husband was going to walk out on me
and my daughter. He basically isolated himself from us, like the plague.
What was so horrible about his young attractive wife and his angel
baby?

He pawned valuables just to get money to go to the bars. He'd get so
drunk he'd insult me in front of everyone. At one point we owed the bank
$200. So, we finally got the cash and brought it to the bank. The
teller dutifully registered our deposit and mistakenly handed the $200
dollars back to my husband in error.

Working For A Living - Syndication Express

Written by Ron Simplified Myers

I am reading the book - "The Soul of Money: Transforming
Your Relationship With Money and Life" and she is talking about the
phrase "working for a living".

Is this a statement that you use?

How do you "feel" right after making that statement?

Do you get excited about the opportunity to wake up and go to your place of employment or your own business?

Note: Self employed or owning a business doesn't mean you
don't have a job. It just means you have employed yourself if you are
not having fun. Remember a job is "anytime you are doing something and

In discovering How To Obtain The Fruitful Life it is important to look into your inner man by faith,  You should have “unshakable confidence” in whatever it is you are believing for.

Living a Fruitful life will require you to:

1.  Become Organized.

Organization is what makes the fruitful life visible.

2.  Give.

In order to receive, you Must first Give.    Give and it will be given to you.

Giving will not be complete unless receiving takes place.  We must learn to give God’s way for this to take place.

Alzheimers What to Expect - Syndication Express

Written by Susan Boston

Alzheimer's

Alzheimer's what to expect when parenting
your parent. It will be much harder than you might think. We love our
parents of course therefore, it seems quite natural that you want to
take care of them when they age right?

Although it might be natural it is not an
easy task regardless of the love you feel for them. What most family
care-givers do not realize is that the person you knew is not there
anymore in the later stages.

When this happens your concept on caring
for them changes. First it is just moments of disassociation with them
so you over look it. It is also easy for you to over look as just the
condition.

As the condition progresses it gets harder and harder to look at them as someone you even know anymore.

Unwittingly you begin to see them as just a
person that is irritating you enormously. Many times you will feel they
are just doing the things they do to irritate you.

They are not.

3 Great Tips To Brand Yourself - Syndication Express

Written by Merle Gibbins

Are You Putting Yourself Out There And Branding Yourself?

I have spent a good part of today reading ebooks and watching training videos, taking notes and putting my plans in to action.

3 Great Tips Below For Branding Yourself

1. Get yourself known – place a bit of
content to your blog every day – it doesn’t always have to be about your
business.  Readers love to read personal stories as well, so for a bit
of a change tell a story about yourself or your family.

2. Set up a fanpage on Facebook – tell a
little about yourself everyday – make sure you have set up your fanpage
by following the instructions and try and make contact every day if you
can – OK you can have Sundays off if you like !!!

3. Create a video and get it on to Youtube –
this has to be the greatest way of getting yourself known - A great way
to get yourself recognised is by creating videos. They don’t have to be
long, maybe 2-3 minutes and try and do this daily. Whether it is about
yourself, your family or your business opportunity, this is a great way
to gain a good relationship.  If you are not happy in front of the
camera there are other alternatives.  You can do an audio message or
another one I use is Animoto which is great for doing videos.

Network Marketing - The Three P’s for Success - Syndication Express

Written by Nichola James

In order to be successful in network marketing, you must possess these three qualities; they are passion, persistence and patience.
Passion
“Passion is the genesis of genius.” Tony Robbins. “Passion is the
term applied to a very strong feeling about a person or thing.”

Achieving great things does not happen if you are not in love with
what you do, being in love involves being passionate. Passion is a very
important part of being successful at anything. You have to be
passionate about the tools, products or services you are marketing. You
must use and believe that what you are marketing is valuable and
provides a solution to a problem that your prospective customers have.

Bad Breath Can Help Beat the Big "C" - Syndication Express

We have all heard it.  Many cancers are preventable by the way we
live our lives.  In fact, one in three cancers can be avoided by eating a
healthy diet, losing weight if we’re too heavy and exercising.

Most of us know what a healthy diet is, but I have discovered that
a surprising number of people do not.  Simply eating less will not
maintain good health and weight.

There are a dozen foods that are especially good for preventing
cancer.  If we all eat (or drink) more of these, we’ll be going a long
way towards preserving our good health.

Law of Attraction – Simplified - Syndication Express

Written by Ron Simplified Myers

Law of attraction simplified is a part of my mission to simplify life and the events that occur in it.

Most have started to look at law of attraction as if it is some kind of “Self Development” program.

Well, the law of attraction is a law of the universe. It is not
something you control (just like you don’t control “time”). You can
manage what you do with your “time”, but you can’t manage time itself.

The same is true with the law of attraction. It is working all day,
every day and every moment. Whether you understand it, believe it, fight
it or whatever else you have in mind.

To understand it is the same as playing or participating in anything in
life. If you don’t know the rules, whatever happens, just happens (and
usually not in your favor). If you know the rules, you can play the game
to your favor.

Most people don’t learn the rules and then blame the world for the way
their life turns out. Instead of saying “Enough. I will learn the rules
and play the game to get the results “I truly want”. No longer will I
just stand by and let life just happen!!!”.

controversial ingredient is definitely a risk and one that MLM marketers
have to assess before they jump on board.

Teaching Your Leaders How to Lead - Syndication Express

Written by Merle Gibbins

One of the biggest mistakes a leader can make is not giving their up
and coming leaders enough opportunity to take on leadership
responsibilities.  Sometimes it’s from a feeling of not wanting to “give
something up”.  Sometimes it’s from not wanting to take the time to do
some training.  Whatever the reason, it’s bad for both the current and
upcoming leaders.  Here are a few ways that leaders can teach and
encourage new leaders to lead:

  1. Meetings – Have new leaders take on small roles at
team meetings, and then gradually take on larger roles.  In the
beginning, it may be participating in a role play.  Gradually they can
work up to conducting a training session.
  2. Team Calls – As you are making coaching or team
calls, start by having your new leaders listen in.  When they feel
comfortable, have them host the call, and you listen in.  Eventually
they can take over their own team calls.
  3. Newsletters – If you create team newsletters to
recognize your team and their accomplishments, allow your new leaders to
contribute by writing featured articles.  It’s a great way to build
their credibility and confidence while having their name recognized and
    exposed to the team.

What Is A Habit? - Syndication Express

Habit is a recurrent, often unconscious pattern of
behavior that is acquired through frequent repetition. In other words,
something that a person does often in a regular and repeated way.

Typically, most people think of a “habit” as being negative.

“Feeling sorry for yourself, and your present
condition, is not only a waste of energy but the worst habit you could
possibly have.”–Dale Carnegie

Understand that the secret to your future lies within your daily habits, so ask yourself
right now:

“Are my habits today, going to help me achieve my ‘WHY’ in life?”

This is a life-empowering question if you truly ask it,  and then listen for the answer.

Definition of Habit:

I am your constant companion.
I am your greatest helper or your heaviest burden.
I will push you onward or drag you down to failure.
I am completely at your command.
Half the things you do, you might just as well turn over to me,
and I will be able to do them quickly and correctly.
I am easily managed; you must merely be firm with me.
Show me exactly how you want something done, and after a few
lessons I will do it automatically.
I am the servant of all great men.
And, alas, of all failures as well.
Those who are great, I have made great.
Those who are failures, I have made failures.
I am not a machine, though I work with all the precision of a machine.
Plus, the intelligence of a man.
You may run me for profit, or run me for ruin; it makes no difference to me.
Take me, train me, be firm with me and I will put the world at your feet.
Be easy with me, and I will destroy you.
Who am I?

I am a HABIT!

Content Syndication means FREE traffic - Syndication Express

I found this article which explains content syndication really well.
This is similar to what I had in mind when I started Syndication
Express. I believe this would be a great thing for us to do in the
community. Please click the link below and continue reading the rest of
the article and leave your comments below.

Content syndication is quickly gaining popularity as one of the
blogosphere’s favorite content marketing strategies in 2014 & the
years to come, and for good reason. Content syndication is a simple and
relatively easy way to drive hordes of traffic to any blog/website
without having to invest the time in search engine optimization or the
money in paid traffic.

What Is Content Syndication?
In essence, content syndication happens when a blog syndicates content from another blog.

Benefits Of Getting Your Content Syndicated

The foremost and most obvious benefit of content syndication is, of
course, the resulting traffic. Providing that you craft a compelling
call-to-action at the end of every syndicated post, you can channel the
existing traffic of an established website to your own blog — for free.

ARE YOU A NEW PENCIL ABOUT TO BE PUT IN THE BOX? - Syndication Express

This story called, “The Parable of the Pencil” by an unknown author has so many lessons for life.

The Pencil Maker took the pencil aside, just before putting him into the box.

“There are five things you need to know,” he told the pencil, “before I

send you out into the world.”

“Always remember them and never forget, and you will  become the best

pencil you can be.

“One: You will be able to do many great things, but only if you allow

yourself to be held in Someone's hand.”

MLM Training - You Can’t Mentor Someone If They Can’t Be Coached

Many new distributors have their own ideas of how they want to do network marketing. They are going to be unique. Or, they have a special skill that is hard to duplicate, but they want to apply it to their business.

Before we discourage them, let's consider this. They are self-starters. That's good.

So here is a tactful way of offering to help them with some guidance. Simply say:

"About 15 million other distributors started out on the same journey you are about to take. Would you like to know some interesting secrets they discovered?"

It is a lot easier offering advice when it is requested. And, we are honoring their opinion that they know the best way to do it. We are simply passing on some secrets that they would like to know.

You will find this works better and they will LISTEN to you because of your approach.

What Are The Benefits of a Facebook Business Fan Page - Syndication Express

Here are 10 benefits of having a Facebook Fan Page for your business by Scott Ayres, PostPlanner

1.  Increased Exposure to Potential Customers

  • 1.19 BILLION USERS.
  • If your business can’t find new customers on Facebook, maybe you should rethink your line of work.

2.  Gather More Leads

  • Just having people Like your page isn’t enough to provide yourself with a long-term, sustainable business.
  • Smart businesses gather leads in the form of email addresses — so they can contact their community outside of Facebook.
  • Be careful how you use your leads.
  • Don’t hammer fans with daily emails peddling affiliate products & other junk — unless that’s what they signed up for.
  • Email them consistently once or twice a week with helpful information that also leads them to your website — where they hopefully will become customers.

3.  Lower Your Marketing Expenses

  • Starting a Facebook business page costs you exactly $0.
  • Getting rolling with a page costs you nothing until you start paying for ads to get page Likes, boosting posts & running Sponsored Stories – all of which you should be doing with your page.
  • By targeting your ads to people interested in your page’s topic, you can definitely keep costs low.

Leaders Have Vision

"The only thing worst than being blind is having sight but no vision." - Helen Keller

John Maxwell wrote the bestseller "21 Indispensable qualities of a leader"
in 1999. For about a month I've been discussing in this book's
principles in a series of posts. For $3 - You can grab a copy of the
book for your Kindle or a little more for a print version http://ow.ly/rGHIZ it's a great read...

The last of the 21 qualities of a leader is Vision...

Without Vision you can't lead. Be sure you can answer this question before it comes up...

What's your vision for your company?"

Proverbs 29:18 says - "Where there is no vision, the people perish"

Vision comes from within YOU - you can't borrow it, buy it or rent it. It's what you think.

Vision is based on your experience but it's only limited by your past experience if you let it be.
