Without Vision you can't lead. Be sure you can answer this question before it comes up...

What's your vision for your company?"

Proverbs 29:18 says - "Where there is no vision, the people perish"

Vision comes from within YOU - you can't borrow it, buy it or rent it. It's what you think.

Vision is based on your experience but it's only limited by your past experience if you let it be.
