A great question was asked in a recent MLM group on LinkedIn. What is the biggest obstacle to MLM success? There were many similar answers but one answer was totally different from the others … so it makes you wonder if there is a current MLM culture that is too compromised where failure will continue to be the outcome.

The 4 main reasons can be summarized  as: 
1. Lack of self-belief
2. Lack of activity
3. Lack of leadership skill or upline support
4. Lack of basic education about how the MLM Network Marketing industry works

As a leader, you must have the skill, talent and ability to help those you lead/recruit into your business.

Activity - this stems from not knowing what to do, what to say and how to work a daily plan.

The upline doesn't even know they are lacking in certain skills because they are listening to their upline. It is very easy to duplicate someone else's mistakes.

I think our biggest obstacle is ourselves. We need to find a positive thinking mentor, undertake personal growth, build our confidence, to be professional and attract others into our business.
