One of my favorite tricks for “helping others” on IBOToolBox.com is to just watch the members online information area and when I see the name of someone I recognize, or think I recognize, click it order to have access to their information.
I then have access to their wall posts and PR’s and can choose what I want to share to other networks or bump back to the top of the IBO wall.
Unless you have a photographic memory, it’s near to impossible to remember hundreds or thousands of associates, so therefore the occasional error happens.
What I find amazing, when I make an error and click on a name that I erroneously thought was an associate, is the number of incomplete profiles, as bad as it is there is no photo and the default shadow is displayed they have no way of contact, no phone or skype id., and no country or city.

I agree that its going to be hard if not impossible to do business with those that don't have a somewhat complete profile.
