Over estimate and Under estimate - By Daniel Boone on Syndication Express

Posted by Daniel Boone

Proper Estimation is often necessary to the results you are looking for.

Like aiming for a target, or goal. Your estimation needs to be accurate.

I heard that we over estimate what we can do in a year.

I heard that we underestimate what we can do in five years.

In five years a person could get extra schooling.

If you fail at what you want to do in a year, take another year.

It is better to accomplish than to label your self a failure.

Do you agree?

A Cowboy, Veteran, and a Donkey All Meet on a Highway.(Punch Line)...

My husband had ran to the town down the road to pick
up some auto parts and as he drove up the highway he noticed there was what looked like a homemade buggy pulled by a small donkey with an older man.

Hello, October! - Syndication Express

Posted by Cynthia Parrott - Syndication Express

Summer
is definitely behind us and now it's time to get ready for the cooler
weather!  I love this time of year. The activities. The sights. The
sounds. The smells. The food!

Now is the time to take advantage of
everything Autumn has to offer. Take a drive and enjoy the changing
leaves. Hike through the woods and breathe in the cool, crisp air. Go
apple or pumpkin picking. Rake leaves. Terrific exercise. Bake a
pie. Cook up a big pot of homemade chili. Be sure to include lots of
comforting foods in your diet. Soups, stews, baked casseroles. They will
keep you cozy and satisfied. Toss in warming herbs and spices like
ginger. Cumin. Cayenne. Curry. Turmeric. Chili powder. Mustard seeds.
They add a wonderful flavor and a touch of heat to your food to help
boost your metabolism so it can burn fat better and faster. And yes, you can and should
give yourself permission to enjoy some of the delicious treats you love
this season. If your daily diet is healthy and clean, go ahead and
indulge now and then.

Now is the season of PUMPKIN SPICE EVERYTHING!

Making Choices In Sensitive Issues. - Syndication Express

Posted by Bill and Teddy Rogers on Syndication Express

All of us make hundreds of choices every day. Most choices have no right or wrong attached to
them – like what you wear or what you eat. But we always face choices
that carry a little more weight.

We don’t want to do wrong, and we don’t want to cause others to do wrong, so how can we make such choices?
BEFORE MAKING YOUR CHOICE,
ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS:

Facebook's New Algorithm: Why the Media's Sky is not Falling.

Posted by Rev. Robert A. Crutchfield on the Syndication Express platform for bloggers.

Facebook as you may have heard has
announced that they will start giving posts by people you know, priority
over posts from The “official” pages of the many media outlets out
there. This has resulted in quite a few “ Chicken Little” type comments
around the net. Its easy to see why. Over 40% of web traffic referrals
come from Facebook. This gains even more importance when you understand
that a large and growing segment of society gets their news online.
However there are at least two big reasons that this development is not
the media Armageddon you might think.
  1. Change is part of life on the net- Early
adopters will remember Compuserve. It was THE way most people got on
the net coming out of the days of bulletin board gateways. Then AOL was
king of the heap. Practically everybody on the web was on AOL. Now
almost every house on the average block probably has a different
provider. Even in the early days of SEO everything was about links,
links, links. There was time brief time when it didn't seem like there
could be such a thing as a bad link. Even now, the right links can be
very important ! Then it was all about search engines. First came Yahoo,
and more recently Google. Even with almost half of web traffic
referrals coming from Facebook, search engines are still very much in
play. The point is if you are going to make it in the world of the web,
you are going to have to learn to change as the web changes. The
majority of media sites out there already understand this. I have no
doubt that they will stronger, not weaker coming out of this change.

8 Steps to Motivate You to Success

Posted by Sandy Blomstrom on the Syndication Express site.

8 Steps to Motivate You to Success
There are many articles with suggestions for achieving success.

Recently, I read one with some excellent, down to earth suggestions that impacted me.

I have tried to put into action the ideas and suggestions presented
and I wanted to share with you what has developed into my 8 steps to
realizing my dream of success:

1) I will not live in the past,
reliving and rehearsing my failures. My feelings of defeat are not who I
am today. My attitude will be positive and constructive. I control my
future and how it unfolds.

2) I will write down my long and short term goals for success and my dream for the future.

Word From The Frog

Posted by Daniel Boone on Syndication Express

There was a group of frogs traveling through the woods....
Now let me say here,
Words are so powerful - they can set your destiny.

It is no secret that people use affirmations.
In the affirmation they usually say something positive and
then declare it as them or for them.
Example= you would say "I am a success" no matter what it looked like.

It is a rumor that this will make you a success.

There was a group of frogs traveling.....
Now listen, the word you speak to others affects them and
maybe their future.
Some time you may have to turn a deaf ear to what
others are saying, so as to NOT be affected by them.
